Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including document management,
scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repair as needed.
Assist in the planning and organization of events, meetings, and other activities.
Develop and maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely record keeping.
Manage the organization's travel arrangements, including booking transportation and
accommodations.
Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed, including conducting
research and preparing reports.
Ensure that all administrative procedures and policies are followed, and make
recommendations for improvements as needed.
Handle confidential information and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and
confidentiality.
