My Story

I have been in the financial industry for almost 10 years. expert at creating and carrying out plans to achieve goals. Being a critical thinker and making strong decisions have always been key parts of my job as Top Management in the company. Over the previous four years, I've managed more than 60 employees in every department throughout every location, and I've successfully brought in more than 3000 new customers. handling and giving talks at more than 100 events with associations and contractors to inform them about the value of having a financial safety net.

During my days in TrupCo, I was responsible for process changes that increased the candidate on-boarding rate for ride-sharing partners GRAB and UBER by more than 100%. More than 1,300 candidates were interviewed over a three-month period, and 350 of them were approved for onboarding, demonstrating the effectiveness of the accelerated training modules that were designed and implemented to allow a larger pool of suitable candidates to be fairly assessed and approved. By implementing a system of driver replacement within 12 hours of notification, the company was able to reduce the total cost of vehicle downtime by 30%, from RM43K to below RM30K per month.
